In the current economic climate owning and operating a business is a challenge. That challenge has led to the increased importance for my client to protect their business from internal and external threats, general operations and the products and services they provide.

My focus has always been on developing and nurturing long-term relationships with my clients. In fact, I have represented many corporate clients for more than fifteen (15) years. These long-term relationships provide me with special insight into my clients business and personal goals.

I represent businesses from start-up to dissolution, performing many services

such as:

· Business formation: incorporation, forming a partnership, limited liability company (LLC) or other organization;

· Business planning: Preparation of by-laws, operating agreements and buy-sell and cross-purchase agreements;

· Corporate filings and records such as annual meetings, minutes and resolutions;

· Financing and taxation;

· Contract negotiations and corporate transactions; and

· Mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
